I have enjoyed countless of hands of twenty-one. I began working my way into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of funds at blackjack. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this tactic or beat the house, however you will experience an abundance of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a few years back with $750 after 35 mins using this technique! And a few weeks ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the streaks you notice betting this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 table.
Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Wager 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar wager
Wager ten dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager $20
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original $20 wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of 40 dollar
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet
Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first 80 dollar wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $160 wager
If you left at this instance you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
