I have gambled on millions of hands of twenty-one. I began working my way into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have bet on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of funds at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this method or beat the casino, nonetheless you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is built on the idea that blackjack seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!
I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the MGM a few years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a few months ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the streaks you witness betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 game.
Wager 5 dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar bet
Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of $10
Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar wager
Bet ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 20 dollar bet
Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the first forty dollar bet
Bet 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the initial $80 wager
Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the original one hundred and 60 dollar wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It’s iffy to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
