I have played millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have wagered on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent all kinds of cash at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the game.
I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have bet on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this tactic or beat the house, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is centered on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original value.
I am very strict and do not back out. It gets very exciting on occasion. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a couple of years back with $750 after 35 mins using this method! And a few months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the runs you see gamble this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first five dollar bet
Wager five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the initial $10 bet
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40
Wager forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 40 dollar wager
Bet forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $80
Wager eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the initial $80 bet
Wager 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $160
Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It is hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
